Programs & Accounts

How the Thunder, Bee, one-time and monthly stocks Programs and accounts are defined.

16. Program Overview

NYS offers simulated stocks trading Programs under two primary product families: The Thunder (Fast to Pass, an evaluation-based path, and The Bee) Instant Funding, which provides immediate access to the funded-stage rule set without a separate evaluation phase. Each may be offered as a one-time-fee or monthly-subscription product.

17. The Thunder, Evaluation Program

The Thunder is an evaluation-based Program. The Trader must satisfy the Evaluation Target and all applicable risk, consistency, position-limit, conduct, and compliance rules before becoming eligible for a Funded Account. The current Target is 6% during Evaluation and 3% during the Funded stage. Reaching the numerical Target alone does not guarantee Funded approval.

18. The Bee, Instant Funding Program

The Bee is an Instant Funding Program. No separate evaluation phase is required before the Trader enters the applicable funded-stage Program rule set. The current Target is 8%. Instant access does not guarantee payout eligibility or continued participation; all risk, consistency, position, payout, KYC, and compliance requirements remain applicable.

19. One-Time Fee Programs

One-Time Fee Programs are purchased for a single enrollment fee. No recurring monthly subscription is charged for the Program itself unless the Trader separately purchases another product or service. Optional resets, funded resets, Daily Pause Bypass features, and Funded activation charges may apply as specified in Appendix A.

20. Monthly Subscription Programs

Monthly Programs are recurring subscription products. The subscription remains active and may renew until canceled in accordance with the cancellation process made available by the Company. A Trader remains responsible for subscription charges incurred before effective cancellation. Expiration, cancellation, non-payment, or payment failure may suspend or terminate access to the applicable Program.

21. Evaluation Accounts

An Evaluation Account assesses the Trader’s ability to meet the applicable profit Target while respecting all risk, consistency, share-position, conduct, and minimum-time requirements. Profits attributable to prohibited conduct do not count toward qualification. The Company may require a final risk and compliance review before progression.

22. Funded Accounts

A Funded Account remains a simulated Program Account owned and controlled by the Company. Funded status gives the Trader only the contractual participation and performance-reward rights expressly stated in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of an Account, market position, brokerage account, Company capital, or Company asset to the Trader.

23. Program Parameters and Priority of Rules

Program-specific parameters may include Account Size, Target, Daily Pause, Maximum End-of-Day Loss, Consistency per Position, maximum shares or other position limits, Copy Trading permissions, Maximum Allowance, payout split, minimum-time requirements, minimum profitable days, payout cycles, payout caps, reset availability, Daily Pause Bypass options, pricing, News Trading, Swing Holding, Pre-Market and After-Hours limits, and Earnings Trading. Appendix A forms an integral part of these Terms.

If an Account-specific rule displayed in the dashboard or checkout is more restrictive than a general description in these Terms, the Account-specific rule applies to that Account, provided it was disclosed to the Trader before or at purchase or before the relevant Trading Activity.
