Payouts, Fees & Billing
Profit split, payout cycles, caps, resets, refunds and billing for stocks.
55. Profit Split
The current payout split is 80% Trader / 20% Company on every Stocks Program, for both The Thunder and The Bee on the one-time and monthly plans. The split applies only to approved eligible payout amounts after application of payout caps and all Program rules.
56. Payout Eligibility
To request and receive a payout, the Trader must satisfy all applicable minimum-time and profitable-day requirements, remain fully compliant, complete KYC/AML and risk review, have no active compliance investigation that requires delay, and have no unresolved fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback. Meeting numerical criteria creates eligibility to request review; it does not bypass compliance approval.
57. Payout Cycle, One-Time Programs
The Thunder and The Bee provide On Demand payout requests on both the one-time and monthly plans, subject to all eligibility conditions. A Trader must complete at least 5 profitable days, and each qualifying profitable day must generate a minimum net profit equal to 0.25% of the initial Account balance. All applicable conditions are cumulative.
58. Payout Cycle, Monthly Programs
Thunder Monthly and Bee Monthly also provide On Demand payout requests, subject to full compliance and completion of at least 5 profitable days, each with a minimum net profit equal to 0.25% of the initial Account balance. “On Demand” means a request may be submitted once all applicable eligibility conditions are satisfied; it does not mean automatic or unconditional payment.
59. Payout Caps
The current payout-per-request limits are: The Thunder (both plans): 2%, increasing to 4% on the fourth payout; The Bee (both plans): 2%. The limit caps the maximum eligible payout amount for the applicable request by reference to the initial Account balance and the Program rules.
60. Payout Review
Every payout request may undergo risk and compliance review, including trade history, execution analysis, consistency, position sizing, device and login history, IP information, correlations with other Accounts, fraud signals, payment verification, and KYC re-validation.
61. Delayed or Denied Payouts
The Company may delay a payout while a reasonable investigation is ongoing. A payout may be denied or adjusted where the Company determines that relevant profits resulted from rule violations, fraud, abuse, platform exploitation, technical manipulation, coordinated trading, unauthorized automation, identity violations, payment fraud, or other prohibited conduct.
62. Payment Methods
Payouts may be processed through payment providers selected by the Company. Available methods may vary by jurisdiction and may change. The Company is not responsible for delays attributable solely to third-party processors, banking networks, blockchain networks, or recipient information supplied incorrectly by the Trader.
63. Taxes
The Trader is solely responsible for applicable income taxes, VAT or similar taxes, reporting obligations, invoicing requirements, and local tax compliance. The Company does not provide tax advice.
64. Reset Policy
Where a Program allows a reset, the reset price and scope are shown in Appendix A. A reset creates or restores Program access according to the applicable product configuration and does not erase compliance findings, fraud flags, payment obligations, or bans. The Company may deny reset access in cases of abuse or fraud.
65. Reset Rules and Reset Limits
Reset availability and pricing are Program-specific and listed in Appendix A. Thunder One-Time provides separate Evaluation Reset and Funded Reset pricing, with up to 2 resets on Evaluation and up to 2 resets on Funded Accounts. Bee One-Time lists reset pricing with up to 2 resets. Monthly Programs list their own Reset Price. A reset does not erase fraud, abuse, identity, payment, or compliance findings.
66. Daily Pause Bypass
Where offered, a Daily Pause Bypass is an optional paid feature associated with the specific Account purchased. Its price is shown in Appendix A. Unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise, purchasing a Daily Pause Bypass does not increase the Maximum End-of-Day Loss, position limit, payout cap, maximum allowance, or any other risk or conduct rule.
67. Activation Fees
The current Stocks pricing matrices do not list a separate activation fee for the Programs in Appendix A. Unless a future product page or checkout expressly discloses an activation fee before purchase, no separate activation fee is incorporated into the current Stocks Program Specifications.
68. Subscription Billing and Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew according to the billing frequency shown at checkout until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewal after the effective cancellation point but does not retroactively refund time already billed or used, except where required by applicable law. Failed renewal payments may result in immediate or scheduled suspension of the relevant Account.
69. Pricing and Fees
Prices for Program enrollment, resets, funded resets, Daily Pause Bypass, and other optional features are listed in Appendix A and may be changed for future purchases. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise displayed at checkout. Taxes, payment-provider charges, or currency-conversion costs may apply where disclosed.
70. Refund Policy and Fifth-Payout Program Fee Refund
Program fees, subscriptions, resets, upgrades, and optional feature fees are generally non-refundable once access or the relevant service has been delivered, except where expressly stated or required by law.
For the current Thunder One-Time and Bee One-Time Programs, the Program Specification provides eligibility for a 100% refund of the original Program fee on the fifth approved payout. This benefit is conditional on the Trader reaching and receiving the fifth approved payout while remaining compliant. It does not apply to reset fees, Daily Pause Bypass fees, payment-provider charges, taxes, or other optional services unless expressly stated.
71. Technical Incidents and Adjustments
If a material platform, market-data, or system error directly affects Account calculations, the Company may investigate and make reasonable corrective adjustments, including removal of erroneous simulated profits or losses, restoration of an Account state, or other remediation. No Trader may knowingly retain gains created by an obvious technical defect.
72. Scaling and Account Modifications
Where scaling or modified Account parameters are offered, eligibility may depend on performance, consistency, risk management, payout history, longevity, and compliance. Scaling is not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued for future eligibility. The Company may also modify technical Account parameters where required for risk, platform, or compliance reasons.
73. Account Suspension
The Company may temporarily suspend an Account where further review is reasonably required. During suspension, trading may be disabled, payouts delayed, progression paused, and documents requested.
74. Permanent Termination
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination of active Accounts, cancellation of pending payouts linked to violations, revocation of Funded status, and prohibition from future Programs.
