Appendix B, Definitions of Key Stocks Rules
Plain definitions of the core stocks rules.
Daily Pause
A temporary risk-control threshold. Once the applicable 2% Daily Pause threshold is reached under the Company’s calculation, the Account may be prevented from opening or continuing Trading Activity for the remainder of the applicable trading day. It does not replace the applicable Max Loss EOD rule.
Maximum End-of-Day Loss
The maximum loss threshold applied at the Company’s End-of-Day calculation. The applicable percentage varies by Program and is stated in Appendix A.
Consistency per Position
A concentration control designed to limit the portion of relevant profit attributable to a single position. The applicable threshold is 30% for Thunder and 20% for Bee under the current Program Specifications.
Day Trade Share Limit
The maximum number of shares that may be held as a qualifying Day Trade position for the relevant Account Size. Related orders may be aggregated.
Swing / Pre-Market / After-Hours Share Limit
A separate maximum-share limit applicable to positions held as swing trades or traded during permitted pre-market or after-hours sessions. These limits may be lower than the Day Trade limits.
Profitable Day
For payout eligibility, a qualifying profitable day requires a minimum net profit equal to 0.25% of the initial Account balance under the Company’s calculation. At least five qualifying profitable days are required under the current Programs.
On Demand Payout
A payout request may be submitted once all applicable eligibility requirements are satisfied. The term does not create an unconditional right to payment and does not waive KYC, risk review, payout caps, or compliance review.
Daily Pause Bypass
An optional paid feature where offered. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, it affects only the Daily Pause functionality and does not increase Max Loss EOD, position limits, payout caps, or maximum allowance.
