How do I access my trading account?
After purchase or activation, your trading account details will be available inside your NYS Markets profile.
To access your account:
- Log in to your NYS Markets profile.
- Go to the Accounts section.
- Find the account you want to access.
- Click Go to Dashboard.
- Use the account details shown there to log in to the trading platform.
The specific account dashboard is the best place to check your credentials, account status and current metrics.
What is the difference between the general dashboard and the account dashboard?
The general dashboard gives traders access to their profile, account overview, available resources and support options.
Each trading account also has its own specific account dashboard. This is where traders can view the accurate metrics, parameters and performance data for that particular account.
Traders should always use the specific account dashboard as the main reference for their account information.
