Profit Target

The Flash Evaluation has a 6% Profit Target.

Only profits from closed trades count toward the Profit Target. Floating profits do not count until the position is closed.

There is no minimum number of trading days during the Evaluation.

Once the Funded Account is activated, there is no additional Profit Target.

Risk Limits

Flash does not have a separate Max Daily Loss. Its principal risk limit is the 4% End-of-Day Maximum Trailing Loss.

Maximum Trailing Loss

The Maximum End-of-Day Trailing Loss is 4% and follows the highest end-of-day equity recorded by the account. The trailing threshold is calculated as Highest end-of-day equity recorded − 4% of the highest end-of-day equity recorded.

At the end of each trading day, the system checks whether a new end-of-day equity high has been recorded. When a new maximum is reached, the 4% limit is recalculated using that new end-of-day equity.

Intraday equity highs do not move the threshold unless they remain reflected in the equity recorded at the end of the trading day.

The trailing threshold:

  • Starts 4% below the initial account balance.
  • Updates when a new end-of-day equity high is recorded.
  • Recalculates the 4% using the new maximum.
  • Never moves downward.
  • Does not reset each day.
💡Example on a $100,000 account
Initial highest end-of-day equity
$100,000
Initial trailing threshold
$100,000 − 4% = $96,000
New highest end-of-day equity
$104,000
4% of $104,000
$4,160
Updated trailing threshold
$104,000 − $4,160 = $99,840

If the account equity subsequently reaches or falls below $99,840, the Maximum End-of-Day Trailing Loss has been breached.

Maximum Open Risk

The 1% Maximum Open Risk applies once the Funded Account is activated.

The combined negative floating P/L of all open positions may not reach or exceed 1% of the account balance.

The calculation includes all open positions, regardless of their instrument, direction, opening time or Trade Idea.

Hard Breach

Reaching or exceeding an applicable risk limit constitutes a Hard Breach and results in the closure of the account.

Maximum Risk per Trade Idea

The Maximum Risk per Trade Idea applies once the Funded Account is activated.

The maximum permitted risk is 2% of the account's initial balance.

A Trade Idea may consist of one trade or several related trades when they:

  • Are executed on the same instrument.
  • Maintain the same direction.
  • Have continuity within a rolling 10-minute window.

Continuity may exist between the opening of one trade and another, or between the closing of one trade and the opening of the next related trade. Each new related trade restarts the 10-minute window.

The risk is calculated by adding the maximum negative floating P/L reached by each trade during its lifetime.

Each trade contributes its maximum negative floating loss even if it later closes in profit or at break-even.

Hard Breach

Reaching or exceeding 2% of the initial account balance constitutes a Hard Breach and results in the closure of the Funded Account.

Consistency target

The 30% Consistency Target applies only during the Funded stage.

No single individual trade and no single full trading day may represent more than 30% of the total accumulated net profit.

The calculation is applied separately to:

  • The most profitable individual trade.
  • The most profitable full trading day.

If either result exceeds 30%:

  • The account is not breached.
  • The profits are not removed.
  • A payout cannot be requested until additional profits reduce the percentage to 30% or below.

News Trading

News Trading is permitted during the Flash Evaluation.

Once the Funded Account is activated, trading activity is restricted from 10 minutes before until 10 minutes after a high-impact economic news event.

During this restricted window, no trading action may take place. This includes:

  • Opening or closing positions.
  • Modifying open trades, including Stop Loss or Take Profit.
  • Placing, modifying or triggering pending orders.

The execution of a pending order, Stop Loss or Take Profit during the restricted window is also considered trading activity, even when it was configured before the window began.

Hard Breach

A confirmed violation during the Funded stage constitutes a Hard Breach and results in the closure of the account.
