The NYS Platform, including its websites, applications, simulated trading evaluation programs, educational services, user onboarding, customer relationship management, payment processing, and personal data collection and processing activities, is operated by NYS Corp Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("NYS Corp"). NYS Corp acts as the payment and data controller for the Platform.

NYS MARKETS LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of Saint Lucia, acts as the technology and trading-services provider to the Platform. Its role may include, among other things, developing and providing the evaluation challenges and simulated funded programs offered under the NYS Markets brand, together with the simulated trading accounts, simulated trading infrastructure, trading-related technology, platform tools, and related technical services. NYS MARKETS LTD does not act as the primary operator of the Platform for the purposes of personal data collection and processing, or payment processing, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payments may be processed by external payment service providers and/or by NYS Corp Limited, acting in its capacity as the Platform operator and/or payment collection entity, as applicable.

NYS collects personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Platform.
