Payouts, Fees & Billing
Profit split, payout eligibility, resets, refunds and billing.
39. Profit Split
The profit split is 80% Trader / 20% Company at all times, applied to approved eligible amounts. There is no automatic scaling based on the number of payouts or months traded; however, NYS Markets may, at its sole discretion, propose a scaling plan to the trader.
40. Payout Eligibility and Timing
After progression to the Live stage, the first payout is available 14 days after Live activation and regular payouts weekly. Only closed trades count, and no positions may be open at the time of a payout request. The minimum payout request is $100. Meeting the thresholds establishes eligibility to request review, final approval follows the standard Risk & Compliance review.
41. Payout Review
Every payout request may undergo risk and compliance review, including trade history, execution analysis, consistency, position sizing, device and login history, IP information, correlations with other Accounts, fraud signals, payment verification, and KYC re-validation.
42. Delayed or Denied Payouts
The Company may delay a payout during a reasonable investigation, and may deny or adjust a payout where relevant profits resulted from rule violations, fraud, abuse, platform exploitation, coordinated trading, unauthorized automation, identity violations, payment fraud, or other prohibited conduct.
43. Payment Methods and Taxes
Payouts are processed through payment providers selected by the Company; available methods may vary by jurisdiction. The Company is not responsible for delays attributable solely to third-party processors, banking networks, blockchain networks, or incorrect recipient details. The Trader is solely responsible for applicable taxes and reporting; the Company does not provide tax advice.
44. Reset Policy
Where a Program allows a reset, the reset restores Program access according to the applicable configuration and does not erase compliance findings, fraud flags, payment obligations, or bans. The Company may deny reset access in cases of abuse or fraud.
45. Pricing, Activation and Refunds
All CFD challenges are single-purchase with no recurring subscription. Most challenges have no activation fee; Flash charges an activation fee when the account passes to the Funded stage (see Pricing). Program fees, resets, activation fees and optional feature fees are generally non-refundable once access or the relevant service has been delivered, except where expressly stated or required by law. Purchasing a Program is payment for access to simulated evaluation and Program services, not a purchase of investment capital and not a guarantee of compensation.
46. Technical Incidents and Adjustments
If a material platform, market-data, or system error directly affects Account calculations, the Company may investigate and make reasonable corrective adjustments, including removal of erroneous simulated profits or losses. No Trader may knowingly retain gains created by an obvious technical defect.
47. Suspension and Termination
The Company may temporarily suspend an Account where further review is reasonably required. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination of active Accounts, cancellation of pending payouts linked to violations, revocation of Funded status, and prohibition from future Programs.
