Swing holding is allowed, as is pre-market and after-hours trading and earnings trading, subject to the separate, lower swing / pre-market / after-hours share limits in Share & position limits.
You assume the risk of price gaps, liquidity constraints, halts, corporate actions and market closures when holding overnight or trading extended hours.
