Getting paid to a business entity.
You may receive payouts to a company or LLC. Only one NYS account per user is permitted. You keep trading your existing account and complete Know-Your-Business (KYB) verification with the payment provider when you request a payout.
- Incorporation documents (LLC, Corporation, etc.)
- Proof of ownership (or Operating Agreement, for many US LLCs)
- Photo ID for every owner with 25% or more ownership
