Why you should never file a chargeback.
Filing a bad-faith chargeback is a violation of the Terms of Use. It results in the immediate freezing of all associated accounts and a permanent ban from future purchases.
If you have any issue with a charge, contact support first. We keep transaction and platform records and will resolve legitimate concerns.
