Affiliate program

Commissions, prohibited practices and the affiliate terms.

Earn a commission on every referral who purchases through your unique affiliate link. Commissions accrue in your affiliate dashboard and are paid on the standard schedule once you meet the minimum payout threshold.

Prohibited practices

Affiliates must promote NYS honestly and lawfully. The following practices are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these affiliate terms:

  • Self-referral. Using your own affiliate link for your own purchases, or for accounts that you own or control, is not permitted and voids the related commissions.
  • False or fraudulent registrations. Creating fake or duplicate accounts, using stolen, borrowed, or synthetic identities, or generating sign-ups or purchases that are not genuine.
  • Incentivised or misleading promotion. Offering unauthorised cashback or rebates, guaranteeing profits, or making false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about the Programs or the outcomes a trader can expect.
  • Brand and paid-search abuse. Bidding on NYS brand terms, impersonating NYS, or registering domains, handles, or social accounts that are confusingly similar to the NYS brand.
  • Spam and unlawful traffic. Unsolicited bulk messaging, cookie stuffing, forced or automated clicks, bots, or any traffic obtained through deceptive or unlawful means.
Commissions arising from any prohibited practice may be withheld, reversed, or cancelled, and the affiliate account may be suspended or terminated. NYS may also reclaim amounts already paid that are later found to result from prohibited activity, and may report unlawful conduct to the competent authorities.

Changes to these terms

NYS may modify, update, or discontinue the affiliate program and these affiliate terms at any time, at its sole discretion, including commission rates, cookie duration, eligibility criteria, minimum payout thresholds, and payment schedules. Changes take effect when published, and your continued participation in the program after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will not be applied retroactively to reduce commissions that have already been earned and approved before the change takes effect.
