Appendix B, Definitions of Key Futures Rules

Plain definitions of the core futures rules.

Daily Pause

A temporary risk-control threshold. Once the Company’s platform determines the applicable 2% threshold has been reached, the Account may be prevented from opening or continuing Trading Activity for the remainder of the applicable trading day. It does not by itself increase or replace the applicable Max Loss EOD threshold.

Maximum End-of-Day Loss (Max Loss EOD)

The maximum 4% loss threshold applied using the Company’s end-of-day risk calculation. The Account must remain within the threshold as calculated by the platform. The dashboard and platform are the operational source for the Account’s current threshold.

Consistency per Position

A concentration-control rule intended to prevent an Account’s qualifying or payout performance from being dominated by a single position. Thunder uses 30%; Bee uses 20%. The Company may assess realized profit contribution, position construction, and materially related orders as one position where necessary to prevent circumvention.

Contract Limits

Mini and Micro limits are maximum equivalent exposure limits. A Trader may not use combinations of instruments, order splitting, or linked Accounts to exceed the permitted equivalent position size.

Profitable Day for One-Time On-Demand Payouts

A trading day qualifies toward the five-profitable-day requirement only when the Account generates at least 0.25% profit for that day under the Company’s platform calculation. Five qualifying days are required before an on-demand payout request may be submitted.

Payout Cap

The maximum amount eligible for an approved payout during the relevant payout cycle, expressed as a percentage of the Account Size. The cap applies before the Program’s Trader/Company profit split unless the dashboard or applicable Program Specification expressly displays a different calculation.

Daily Pause Bypass

An optional paid feature where offered. It affects only the Daily Pause functionality described at checkout and does not automatically modify Max Loss EOD, contract limits, consistency, payout caps, or prohibited conduct rules.
